Wendy is responsible for business development within The Woodlands community. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in multiple industries including banking, new home sales and the title industry, Wendy has unique insight into all sides of a transaction.
She understands her clients’ needs and business strategies, and uses her passion for learning innovative sales strategies and programs to help her clients achieve their desired goals. Her passion for her community and for business development was the driving force behind her decision to return to her roots at The Woodlands office.
Wendy has received many awards recognizing her success and contributions to the company, including the Chicago Title Million Dollar Club and Recognition of Excellence Award in Residential Sales. She continually ranks as a Top Producer in the Houston Division and throughout the country for our parent company, Fidelity National Financial. Wendy is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, and remains active in the alumni association. She is a member of the Junior League of The Woodlands and The Dachshund Rescue of Houston.
A resident of The Woodlands for over 20 years, Wendy, her husband Mark, and their daughter enjoy spending time traveling, going to music venues, and visiting with family and friends.
