Bruce Sellers is a seasoned executive whose careers spanned decades as a corporate marketing professional in the industries of cable television programming (including The QVC Shopping

Network, American Movie Classics, Bravo, and multiple regional sports networks) and, later, online shopping (as President and co-Founder of SHOP.com). Okay, maybe interesting you’re thinking, but what does any of that have to do with real estate? Great question, glad you asked. You see, his other careers involved many relocations and, based on his own life’s experiences of having bought and sold multiple homes in all corners of the country, he had gained a very vivid appreciation for the difference between an agent and a real estate professional. He’d experienced both and had formed a personal appreciation for the true value that real estate professionals provide to their clients. So, when he “retired” to Texas, he dove head first into his final career. Real estate. After all, he knew what he’d valued as a consumer and was confident he could provide that same experience for others. He had a vision for the way real estate could and should be conducted, giving him a passion for the business that allowed him to earn membership in Prudential's' Leading Edge Society his first year in the business.

Going on to become a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Bruce changed brokerages in 2012, joining Keller Williams, where he developed the team of Sellers & Associates Realty Group, Inc. Because they truly approach the business of real estate as a business, their team concept was designed to assure that each of their clients receives the communication they deserve and the same level of attention as if they were their only client. That mindset subsequently led them to become perennial top producers amongst all REALTORs® in Montgomery County, Texas.

Fast forwarding, Bruce and his team transitioned from Keller Willliams Advantage Realty to Green & Associates Real Estate Services in January 2024. Their objective was simple. To better focus their energies on quality over quantity, and continue serving their existing client base while discretely being able to accept and serve new clients. Now d/b/a Sellers Realty Group & The Lake Conroe Group, the vision hasn’t changed. In addition to Bruce’s personal and hands-on efforts, their clients enjoy close support from a team of professionals who are specialists in guiding their clients, both buyers and sellers, through each step of the process. From listing to marketing to contract to negotiation to closing and beyond.

Bruce and his wife, Toni, have lived in the community of Bentwater on Lake Conroe since 2010. Early on, Bruce was elected and served 5 years on Bentwater Property Owners' Association Advisory Board. Today, he continues to serve on the POA’s Architectural Control Committee.

Along the way, Bruce was awarded Bentwater’s Pinnacle Award acknowledging him as “citizen of the year” for 2020. No surprise to him, Toni was awarded the Pinnacle Award herself in 2022. Bruce is presently President emeritus of the Montgomery County Luxury Home

Connection, a multi-brokerage organization of top-producing agents who have earned

membership through education and performance. He also supports the Lake Conroe Association which focuses on lake health and quality of lake living. Having served in the Marines where he was awarded the Purple Heart in Vietnam, Bruce remains active in the Marine Corps League's annual Toys-For-Tots campaign.

Bruce and Toni share a passion for animal welfare efforts. Toni has become the “go to” source for rescuing pets (all pets, any pets) throughout the community of Bentwater. They’re both major supporters of, and contributors to, the Montgomery County Humane Society and participate directly with the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas, a non-profit group dedicated

to in-home fostering for pets as they await being adopted into their “forever” homes.
